Transitions I choose while editing MATCH3D.

 Transitions 

I used a few different types of transitions when editing our movie match3d! I used dip to black during the creepy parts of the film to slow down the film and add more anxiety and to keep the audience on the edge of their seat waiting for what may happen next. I used dip to blur during the scenes where Damien is being drugged to show disorientation and confusion. Lastly the most common transition I used was a straight cut because a lot of the scenes linked together so they flowed nice without any transition. For example, the scene when Nova is opening the door for Damien, the insert shot of her hand on the door nobody to her opening the door then to Damien and her talking to each other.
